 TERRY PRITIKIN 

CEO / Founder, The Pritikin Group

After an extensive retail career serving as a Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President and President for retail businesses that include L-Brands, Tommy Hilfiger-Specialty, and Sunglass Hut, Terry took the opportunity to share his broad business experience as both a consultant and an expert in executive search.


As a consultant, Terry's skills and experience have provided the needed foundation to serve clients across multiple areas of their business including sales growth, branding/marketing, product/service strategies, business streamlining and expense management.  


Most recently, Terry successfully developed and managed the Business Services division of a well-known New York area executive search firm.  The industries served included legal, medical, retail, e-commerce, hospitality and many areas of consumer products.  Terry has also served as an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology, taking an active part in helping students expand their careers.


The launching of The Pritikin Group will expand the services offered and the care and support provided to each client regardless of their size or specific needs.

 ROB DIGISI 

Rob DiGisi is the founder and president of Iron Horse Marketing, a boutique consultancy firm focusing on venture launches, partnership marketing and strategic development.  A veteran sports, leisure and experiential marketing executive, Rob’s wealth of experience in marketing has helped to create new profit centers, distribution channels and branding platforms for start-ups, pro-sports leagues and multi-billion dollar corporations.


Prior to Iron Horse Marketing, Rob ran national marketing at Diamond Resorts where he founded and grew The Diamond Resorts Invitational, a PGA TOUR Champions event by implementing a unique sports marketing model for Diamond to build its brand and return 100% of the event’s cost through sponsorship and hospitality sales. 


Rob earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is on the faculty there.

 FRANK BENINTENDO 

Frank’s extensive expertise in creative and marketing have served his clients well for over 25 years. Experienced in all aspects of marketing and advertising, he is continually revitalizing businesses that require a fresh burst of marketing ideas that work. Companies that turn to him range from fledging start-ups to larger Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies. His expertise includes the design and technical knowledge for packaging, flexible packaging, POP displays and pallet displays in the retail and club environment. Brand identity building is another of his strengths, as is creating print materials, and designing web and sales support materials. 


Clients have praised him for his ability in identifying positive solutions to marketing strategies, and how to apply them to the challenges of selling products to both retailers and consumers.

 PAUL GOODMAN 

Paul has worked in direct-to-consumer retail and eCommerce for more than 25 years. During that time he built and grew multiple Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C), and eCommerce businesses. Foremost among his strengths is his ability to dramatically transform online businesses into profitable multi-channel companies. He accomplishes this feat time and again by creating valued connections with consumers through reliable customer intelligence and data driven strategies. 


Over the years Paul has held senior leadership roles, leveraging his expertise across marketing, customer contact strategies, technology, merchandising, vendor relations and innovation for fashion, home furnishings, pharmaceutical and gourmet food enterprises.
